The deal adds Innovest's InnoTrust product suite and more than 150 employees across New York, California and Texas, broadening SS&C's wealth management technology and managed-services capabilities.

NEC to Acquire CSG Systems International

The acquisition adds encryption, cryptographic key management and cloud security policy capabilities to Entrust’s identity and data protection portfolio; terms were not disclosed.

Billtrust Acquires iController

Health Care Service Corporation Acquires Trustmark Health Benefits

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Trustmark Health Benefits, the third-party administrator subsidiary of Trustco Holdings/Trustmark, to expand HCSC’s capabilities serving self-funded employers. The deal — subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals — will integrate Health Benefits’ customizable plan design, claims administration and data-driven services into HCSC’s offerings while Trustmark refocuses on other growth markets.
