CSL-Backed Kanaci Technologies Acquires Vericor Power Systems

CSL Capital Management formed Kanaci Technologies as an industrial decarbonization platform and, through Kanaci, acquired Vericor Power Systems, a global supplier of aeroderivative gas turbines. The deal integrates Vericor into Kanaci's power generation platform alongside BJ Energy Solutions to expand low-emission power and industrial capabilities.
