CSW Industrials announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Motors & Armatures Parts (MARS Parts) for $650 million in cash, subject to standard closing adjustments. The deal also includes an earn-out of up to $20 million tied to revenue targets in the year following closing, which CSW expects to finalize in its fiscal 2026 third quarter.
