Customs Support Group, the Castik Capital-backed European customs services platform, has acquired iZD Group (iZD GmbH and iZS GmbH), a carrier‑independent customs clearance agent based in Bisingen, Southern Germany. The deal strengthens Customs Support's presence in Germany and adds iZD's customs brokerage, software solutions and training capabilities to its European network.
