Atlanta-based registered investment advisor BIP Wealth has secured a strategic minority investment from Constellation Wealth Capital to support organic and inorganic growth, accelerate its acquisition strategy, and enhance its advisor support platform while maintaining independence. The capital partnership will help fuel future partnerships and acquisitions, particularly across the Southeast and other targeted growth markets.

EP Wealth Advisors Acquires Capital Insight Partners (Scottsdale team)

EP Wealth Advisors, a fee-only registered investment advisor, has partnered with Capital Insight Partners, a Scottsdale-based wealth management firm with over $730 million in AUM, and integrated the CIP advisory team into EP Wealth’s Arizona region. Nine members of the CIP team will join EP Wealth; CIP co-founder Susan Anastasiadis will join EP Wealth as Senior Vice President. Financial terms were not disclosed.
