The transaction was completed with financial support from private equity firm Growth Catalyst Partners; founder Tom Spalding will remain involved in day‑to‑day strategic initiatives and product development. Terms were not disclosed.

KKR to Acquire Controlling Stake in Healthcare Global Enterprises (HCG) From CVC

KKR will acquire up to a 54% controlling stake in Healthcare Global Enterprises (HCG), India’s largest oncology hospital chain, from CVC Asia V through definitive agreements. Following the transaction and an SEBI-mandated open offer, KKR is expected to hold between 54% and 77% equity, with Dr. BS Ajai Kumar remaining as non-executive chairman.
