D&S Car Wash Supply Acquires Chapman's Car Wash Sales

D&S Car Wash Supply, a portfolio company of Lometa Capital Partners, has acquired certain assets of Chapman's Car Wash Sales, the exclusive distributor of Warsaw Chemical in Indiana and Michigan. The asset purchase extends D&S's Field Sales & Service footprint northward, adding a service hub to expand distribution of chemicals, equipment and related services to neighborhood car washes, regional c-store chains and commercial customers.
