Dover (through its OPW business unit) acquired Transchem Group, a Canadian supplier of car wash chemistry, water reclaim systems, and related solutions. Transchem’s brands and technology—such as Turtle Wax Pro, True Vue 2 chemical management, ClearWash water reclaim, and Digital Mosaic—are being integrated into OPW’s Vehicle Wash Solutions portfolio.
