Pearce Services, a New Mountain Capital-backed provider of mission-critical infrastructure services, has acquired Unified Power, a Terrell, Texas-based provider of UPS and backup generator maintenance and repair services. The deal, supported with incremental capital from Goldman Sachs Alternatives' Hybrid Capital group, expands Pearce's capabilities into UPS services and strengthens its presence across data center, telecom, healthcare and other mission-critical end markets; Incline Equity Partners sold Unified Power.

Calibrant Energy Acquires Enel X Storage Unit (Enel DES) from Enel X North America

Calibrant Energy, a Macquarie Asset Management portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Enel X Storage, LLC (Enel DES) from Enel X North America. The deal substantially expands Calibrant's development pipeline and operating portfolio—adding hundreds of MWh in operating and late-stage projects and over 2 GWh of optimization service contracts to bolster its distributed energy offerings (BESS, PV, microgrids, and related services).

Power Solutions International Acquires MTL Manufacturing & Equipment

Power Solutions International has acquired MTL Manufacturing & Equipment, a Beloit, Wisconsin-based metal and steel fabricator that produces components for power generation systems, including data centers. The deal purchases 100% of MTL’s outstanding stock and is expected to strengthen Power Solutions’ competitive position in the data center market through vertical integration and improved supply chain control. Financial terms were not disclosed, and MTL’s management team will continue to lead operations post-transaction.
