Mangrove Equity Partners' portfolio company STCR has completed an add-on acquisition of SIR Solutions, a Montreal-based provider of retail point-of-sale and back-office technology for grocers. The transaction more than doubles STCR's organization, expands its geographic presence into Canada, and adds POS hardware, software, professional services and maintenance capabilities.

Smarsh Acquires Digital Reasoning

Smarsh has agreed to acquire Digital Reasoning, a leader in natural language processing, AI, and machine learning, to combine Smarsh's electronic communications archiving and supervision capabilities with Digital Reasoning's advanced analytics. The deal—announced November 10, 2020—is intended to create a "Communications Intelligence" offering for risk, compliance and business insight; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close within 60 days. Barclays acted as exclusive financial advisor to Digital Reasoning.

Kelvin Group Merges JS Compliance and HCG Associates to Form Sotera

Sphera Acquires SupplyShift

The acquisition expands SPS Commerce’s capabilities in supply chain performance and optimization and is expected to add incremental revenue in 2024 and 2025 while modestly impacting near-term Adjusted EBITDA.
