The deal integrates Tech-X's GPU-accelerated multi-physics tools into Silvaco's Victory TCAD platform to expand Silvaco's capabilities into photonics, wafer-scale plasma modeling and AI-enabled simulation workflows.

Aegis Software Acquires Simio

The deal, backed by Peak Rock Capital (Aegis' sponsor), expands Aegis’ product breadth and positions the combined company to serve global manufacturers with end-to-end execution, planning, and simulation tools; Simio’s founder will remain a shareholder.
