Lucion Services Acquires Delta-Simons

Lucion Services, the UK environmental services group backed by Palatine Private Equity, has acquired multi-disciplinary consultancy Delta-Simons Environmental Consultants Ltd, creating a market-leading environmental services group. The combined business will have around £50m of revenues, more than 500 employees and serve roughly 1,500 clients across multiple sectors; the deal was supported by HSBC and Delta-Simons' MD Alex Ferguson will join Lucion's executive board.

WestBridge Acquires Majority Stake in Survey Solutions

UK private equity firm WestBridge has completed a secondary buyout of Land Survey Solutions Limited (trading as Survey Solutions), investing £14.2 million to take a majority stake. The deal provides an exit for RJD Partners and founder James Cooper, and partners WestBridge with CEO David Lowe and the senior management team to pursue geographic expansion, adjacent service-line growth and acquisitive consolidation across the UK surveying market.

Survey Solutions Acquires Survey Systems and Kempston Surveys

Survey Solutions, an RJD Partners-backed UK engineering and topographical surveyor headquartered in Ipswich, has acquired Survey Systems (Manchester) and Kempston Surveys (Bedfordshire) to expand its geographic coverage and service offering. The deals add over 48 employees (over 40 from Survey Systems and eight from Kempston), increase Survey Solutions' headcount to around 160 and bring the business to nine offices nationwide.

Linx Fund III Recapitalizes Transglobal Services

Founders John Ratliff and Jeff Colwell remain in their roles and retain significant ownership; Cadence Bank provided senior financing to support the transaction.
