The LandTek Group, a Bay Shore, New York-based general contractor specializing in athletic fields and facilities, acquired Miami-headquartered Carlson Fence for $10 million. Carlson Fence (55 employees) will operate as LTG Carlson Fence and expand The LandTek Group's fencing and contracting capabilities across Florida and the U.S. East Coast.

AccuTitle Acquires Florida-based Landtech Data Corp

AccuTitle, a provider of title management platforms, has acquired Florida-based Landtech Data Corp to expand its cloud-based TitleFusion product and broaden its client footprint across additional states. The Bell family (Alice Bell and Dorothy Bell Cole) will join AccuTitle’s team and Landtech employees will integrate with the TitleFusion product group to deliver an expanded cloud settlement software offering.

WestBridge Acquires Majority Stake in Survey Solutions

UK private equity firm WestBridge has completed a secondary buyout of Land Survey Solutions Limited (trading as Survey Solutions), investing £14.2 million to take a majority stake. The deal provides an exit for RJD Partners and founder James Cooper, and partners WestBridge with CEO David Lowe and the senior management team to pursue geographic expansion, adjacent service-line growth and acquisitive consolidation across the UK surveying market.

Lucion Services Acquires Landform Surveys Ltd

The acquisition will be integrated into Lucion's testing and inspection unit as part of a capability expansion, alongside a ~£600,000 investment to expand Lucion's Gateshead testing laboratory and create up to 15 jobs.
