HeartLand, a portfolio company of Sterling Investment Partners, acquired four commercial landscape and facilities services providers: Landscape Services, Inc. (LSI), Sharp's Landscaping, Total Environment, Inc., and Merit Service Solutions. The add-on deals expand HeartLand's geographic footprint across multiple U.S. markets as part of a roll-up strategy (this marks HeartLand's 13th acquisition since Sterling invested in August 2019).

Verde Equity Partners Acquires Green‑Tech Landcare

San Diego-based private equity firm Verde Equity Partners has acquired Green-Tech Landcare, a commercial landscaping provider in Southern California. The deal is the third transaction in Verde's planned vertical roll-up strategy to consolidate owner-operated commercial landscape companies across the Western U.S.; Green-Tech's founder Tom Bjorstrom will remain to support integration.

Atwell Acquires Operations of Terrascape Consulting

Terms were not disclosed; the move is Atwell’s sixth strategic addition in just over a year as it continues to grow its land development and surveying capabilities regionally.

TenCate Grass Acquires Majority Stake in The LandTek Group

TenCate Grass has acquired a majority stake in The LandTek Group, a Bay Shore, New York-based provider of athletic field engineering, construction, project management and maintenance services across the U.S. East Coast. The LandTek founders and management will remain substantial shareholders and continue to lead the company as TenCate looks to expand its East Coast footprint and combine LandTek's service capabilities with TenCate's product portfolio and U.S. supply chain.

Verde Property Services Acquires LaBahn's Landscaping

Salt Creek Capital Acquires Beauchamp Lawn & Snow Service

The transaction facilitates a founder succession/exit while positioning Beauchamp for growth under new leadership and Salt Creek’s platform strategy.
