DDC Enterprise Ltd. (DayDayCook) has acquired Omsom, the U.S.-founded Asian food brand known for its cooking sauces and Saucy Noodles, in a cash-and-stock deal paid over four years. The acquisition expands DayDayCook's U.S. portfolio, is expected to accelerate product R&D and retail growth for Omsom, and creates operational synergies across DayDayCook's multi-brand food platform.

Nona Lim will continue to operate as a standalone business with founder Nona Lim remaining as CEO, while DayDayCook aims to leverage the brand to expand its presence in the U.S. retail and online grocery markets.
