DDC Enterprise Limited (DayDayCook) has acquired Omsom, the U.S.-based Asian food brand known for its Cooking Sauces and Saucy Noodles. The deal, paid in a combination of cash and stock over four years, is intended to accelerate product innovation, expand DayDayCook’s U.S. portfolio and drive retail and operational synergies.

DDC Enterprise Limited (dba DayDayCook), a Hong Kong-based food content and consumer brand, has acquired San Francisco/Oakland-based fresh-prepared Asian food brand Nona Lim. Nona Lim will continue to operate as a standalone business with founder Nona Lim remaining as CEO, while DayDayCook aims to leverage the brand to expand its presence in the U.S. retail and online grocery markets.

J2 Global Acquires Moz and DailyOM in Q2 2021
