FDH Aero Acquires Stealth Aerospace

FDH Aero, a distributor of aerospace parts and an Audax Private Equity portfolio company, has acquired Stealth Aerospace, a Southern California-based stocking distributor of aerospace electrical and electro-mechanical components. The add-on strengthens FDH's position in the U.S. commercial and cargo aerospace aftermarket and expands its global aftermarket channel and AOG support capabilities.

FDH Aero Acquires Madison Aerospace

FDH Aero has acquired Madison Aerospace, a Haltom City, Texas-based distributor of aerospace hardware focused on the OEM market. The deal expands FDH's product offerings and strengthens its footprint in the Texas aerospace production supply chain; Madison's leadership (Brian and Craig Hutchins) will continue to run operations. Audax Private Equity is the sponsor behind FDH (FDH has completed multiple add-ons since Audax's 2017 investment).

FDH Aero Acquires Electro Enterprises, Inc.

FDH Aero, a PE-backed aerospace & defense supply chain solutions provider, has acquired Electro Enterprises, Inc., a longtime Oklahoma City–based distributor of aerospace and defense electrical and electronic components. The deal expands FDH's electrical product portfolio and global footprint (Electro operates in Oklahoma, Texas, the United Kingdom and Israel), while Electro will continue to be led by Mitch Enright and operate from its existing locations.

FDH Aero Acquires Calco Aerospace
