FDH Aero, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired BJG Electronics Group from Rockwood Equity Partners. The deal adds BJG’s interconnect and electromechanical product distribution and value‑added manufacturing capabilities to FDH’s electronics offering, creating FDH Aero Electronic Products Group to expand supply‑chain solutions for aerospace, defense and space customers.

The add-on strengthens FDH's position in the U.S. commercial and cargo aerospace aftermarket and expands its global aftermarket channel and AOG support capabilities.

FDH Aero, a PE-backed aerospace & defense supply chain solutions provider, has acquired Electro Enterprises, Inc., a longtime Oklahoma City–based distributor of aerospace and defense electrical and electronic components. The deal expands FDH's electrical product portfolio and global footprint (Electro operates in Oklahoma, Texas, the United Kingdom and Israel), while Electro will continue to be led by Mitch Enright and operate from its existing locations.

FDH Aero Acquires Madison Aerospace

Audax Private Equity is the sponsor behind FDH (FDH has completed multiple add-ons since Audax's 2017 investment).

Electrical Components International Acquires BHC Cable Assemblies

Electrical Components International (ECI) has acquired BHC Cable Assemblies, a Burlington, Ontario-based manufacturer of wire harnesses, cable assemblies and electromechanical assemblies serving medical, aerospace, renewable energy and entertainment markets. BHC will continue to be led by its current management and operate from its two Burlington facilities as part of ECI's strategy to expand capabilities and presence in high-value, high-growth end markets.
