Dark Horse Consulting Group (DHCG), a global strategic and operational consulting firm focused on cell and gene therapy and biotherapeutics, has acquired Converge Consulting, LLC, a Cambridge-based life sciences consulting firm. The acquisition expands DHCG's capabilities in supply chain, manufacturing, commercial launch readiness, enterprise IT solutions, CMC, and Quality to provide broader end-to-end support across the product development lifecycle.

H.I.G. Capital Acquires Converge Technology Solutions and Merges It with Mainline to Form Pellera Technologies

An affiliate of H.I.G. Capital has completed the acquisition of Converge Technology Solutions Corp. and merged Converge with H.I.G. portfolio company Mainline Information Systems to form Pellera Technologies. The combined, Tallahassee-headquartered business — led by CEO Greg Berard and President/COO Jeff Dobbelaere — will focus on scaling IT services across cybersecurity, cloud, digital infrastructure and AI, and generated approximately $4 billion in pro forma 2024 revenue.

SageNet Acquires Convergent (Digital Signage Provider)

Tulsa-based managed network and cybersecurity provider SageNet has acquired Convergent, a digital signage products and services provider headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia and formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ballantyne Strong, Inc. The deal brings Convergent's DSaaS platform, managed services and data-integration capabilities into SageNet's nationwide managed services and cybersecurity platform to expand SageNet's digital experience offerings for large retailers, healthcare, financial services and government customers.

Clearlake Capital Acquires Confluence from TA Associates
