Alphi Capital Recapitalizes Da-Lee Group

Toronto-based private equity firm Alphi Capital completed a recapitalization of Da-Lee Group, a Stoney Creek, Ontario infrastructure and environmental services provider, in partnership with founding family members David Rogers and Lee-Ann Lochhead. The transaction was supported by Bulldog Capital Partners Inc. and is intended to provide founder liquidity while funding Da-Lee’s organic growth and buy-and-build expansion across dust control, de-icing, pavement repair and waste management services.

IK Investment Partners Acquires Majority Stake in ALBA Baving Group

IK Investment Partners' IK Small Cap II Fund has agreed to acquire a majority stake in ALBA Baving Group from the founding Baving family. ALBA is a German provider of municipal infrastructure cleaning and maintenance services (street sweeping, sink-box cleaning, highway maintenance, winter and greenspace services); IK will support management to accelerate organic growth and expand the company's service offering. Financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
