ScienceLogic, a Reston, Virginia–based AIOps and hybrid-cloud IT management company, acquired Restorepoint, a network configuration and change-management software provider, to expand its SL1 platform into NetOps and SecOps. The acquisition integrates Restorepoint's automated configuration backup, recovery and compliance analysis capabilities into ScienceLogic to improve visibility, change monitoring and threat detection across hybrid IT estates.

DataRobot Acquires Zepl

DataRobot has acquired Zepl, a cloud-native data science notebook and analytics platform founded by the creators of Apache Zeppelin, to expand its enterprise AI platform capabilities for advanced, code-first data scientists.
