The deal combines ScienceLogic’s service-context and automation capabilities with Zebrium’s ML-driven RCA technology to accelerate incident diagnosis and remediation for enterprise IT and DevOps teams.

Veritone, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire PandoLogic, an AI-driven recruitment marketing and conversational hiring platform, for total consideration of $150 million payable in cash and Veritone stock plus performance-based earnouts.
