(NASDAQ: MDRX) has acquired Koha Health, a full-service revenue cycle management (RCM) company, to expand its ambulatory revenue cycle services and add Musculoskeletal (MSK) specialty expertise. The acquisition strengthens Veradigm’s end-to-end RCM capabilities for ambulatory provider practices and ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs) across multiple EHR systems.
