(IBP) has acquired Central Aluminum Supply Corporation and Central Aluminum Supply of North Jersey, LLC (CAS), a Trenton, New Jersey-based distributor of gutter supplies and accessories. CAS generates approximately $45 million of annual distribution revenue and the acquisition expands IBP's footprint and product offering in the U.S. Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
