The transaction, advised by Generational Group, closed on March 24, 2025 and transfers the family-owned business to ABC Supply to expand its regional footprint and contractor network.

ABC Supply Co., Inc. has acquired the Monarch Group of Companies — including Monarch Siding Centre Inc., Monarch Exterior Centre Inc., and Monarch Metal Systems Inc. — marking ABC Supply’s first expansion into Canada. (IBP) has acquired Central Aluminum Supply Corporation and Central Aluminum Supply of North Jersey, LLC (CAS), a Trenton, New Jersey-based distributor of gutter supplies and accessories. CAS generates approximately $45 million of annual distribution revenue and the acquisition expands IBP's footprint and product offering in the U.S. Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
