Honeycomb Battery Company completed a business combination with SPAC Nubia Brand International Corp., and the combined company was renamed Solidion Technology Inc., with common stock expected to trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under ticker STI. Solidion, headquartered in Dallas with production in Dayton, Ohio, will scale production of graphite anode materials and develop next‑generation solid‑state batteries using public capital.

EnerSys Acquires Bren-Tronics, Inc.

Retriev Technologies Acquires Battery Solutions

Eaton Acquires Exertherm

Honeywell Acquires Air Products' LNG Process Technology and Equipment Business for $1.81B

Honeywell has completed the $1.81 billion cash acquisition of Air Products’ liquefied natural gas (LNG) process technology and equipment business. The divestiture transfers related assets, intellectual property, manufacturing capability (including the Port Manatee, Florida coil-wound heat exchanger facility) and approximately 475 employees to Honeywell as Air Products refocuses on its industrial gases and clean hydrogen growth strategy.

Tuthill Corporation to Acquire EaglePicher Technologies

Tuthill Corporation, a privately held industrial manufacturer based in Burr Ridge, Illinois, has entered into an agreement to acquire EaglePicher Technologies, a U.S. maker of mission-critical defense- and aerospace-grade batteries and energetic devices. The transaction — expected to close in 2023 pending regulatory approvals — brings EaglePicher's ~850–900 employees and multiple U.S. manufacturing sites into Tuthill's portfolio to expand its capabilities and presence in defense, space and aviation markets.
