Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), a PE-backed cardiology practice management organization supported by Webster Equity Partners, has acquired Novolink Health (formerly Duxlink Health), a pioneer in high-risk, hospital-at-home care for complex cardiology patients. Novolink — founded in 2014 — will operate as a division of CVAUSA as the buyer looks to scale Novolink's remote-monitoring and home-based chronic care capabilities across its network of cardiology practices; financial terms were not disclosed.
