Zscaler Acquires Cloudneeti

Zscaler announced the intent to acquire Cloudneeti, a Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) startup, to extend Zscaler's Cloud Security Platform with public-cloud misconfiguration detection and automated remediation capabilities. The acquisition will broaden Zscaler's data protection coverage across SaaS, IaaS and PaaS environments; terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close prior to Zscaler's fiscal third quarter.

Cloudflare Acquires Kivera

Cloudflare, Inc. has acquired Kivera, a cloud security, data protection, and compliance platform, to integrate its preventive controls into the Cloudflare One SASE platform. The acquisition will enable Cloudflare to offer inline, preventive cloud configuration controls that reduce misconfiguration risks, data leakage, and streamline compliance for customers across major cloud providers.

nClouds Acquires Cloudnexa

nClouds, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, has acquired Cloudnexa, another AWS Premier partner, to combine cloud operations, security and compliance capabilities. The deal—completed by nClouds (which is backed by Charles Thayne Capital)—creates one of the largest pure-play AWS partners in North America and strengthens the combined firm's offerings across public sector, healthcare, fintech and other industries.

Sela Acquires 2bcloud, Forming a Large Multi-Cloud Engineering Platform

Sela has merged with and acquired Israel-based 2bcloud, combining the two firms under the Sela brand to create one of the region's largest multi-cloud engineering organizations.
