Burton Plumbing Services, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Holland Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. and Mr. Holland's Electric, Inc. (collectively “Mr. Holland's”), a provider of residential HVAC, electrical, and duct cleaning services in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin metro area. The add-on expands Burton's geographic reach into southeastern Wisconsin and adds scale to its field technician workforce and service vehicle fleet.

Worthington Enterprises Acquires 80% Stake in HALO Products Group

Worthington Enterprises has acquired an 80% ownership stake in an affiliate of HALO Products Group, adding HALO-branded pizza ovens, pellet grills, griddles and accessories to its consumer/outdoor-living portfolio. HALO is based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, employs about 25 people and generated approximately $7 million in revenue in 2023; the deal is intended to expand Worthington's presence in the outdoor living segment and leverage its ecommerce, marketing and retail relationships to grow the HALO brand.

PHM Group (Norvestor-backed) Acquires Kotikatu Holding Oy

PHM Group, majority owned by a fund managed by Norvestor, has agreed to acquire Kotikatu Holding Oy, a leading residential property maintenance services provider in Finland. The transaction creates a larger Nordic residential property maintenance group with expanded presence across Finland and Sweden, accelerating PHM's Nordic expansion and consolidation strategy as a Norvestor-backed platform.

HCI-Backed Tech24 Acquires Facilities Management (Peltz Services)

Tech24, backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquired Facilities Management, LLC and Peltz Services, Inc., both based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The deal — Tech24's eighth add-on — expands the platform's coverage into central and northern Indiana and adds complementary repair, preventative maintenance, and installation capabilities for foodservice and commercial HVAC equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Swegon Group AB Acquires HC Groep
