Forge Global Acquires Accuidity Capital Management

The deal (approximately $10.0 million cash plus 1.15 million newly issued Forge shares, with potential earn-out shares) expands Forge's investment management and wealth capabilities by integrating Accuidity's private-market strategies, funds and sourcing ecosystem into Forge's platform.

Blue Point Capital Partners Acquires Mattco Forge, Inc.
