GrowLife, Inc. (OTCQB: PHOT) completed the acquisition of certain assets of Bridgetown Mushrooms on January 6, 2023, bringing the Portland-area mushroom producer under GrowLife’s ownership. The deal positions GrowLife to expand nationally into gourmet and functional mushroom products and mycology supplies while Bridgetown’s leadership will remain in place to support planned growth and operational scale-up.

Incorp, an Evansville, Indiana-based specialty contractor providing insulation, scaffolding and multi-craft industrial services, will use the proceeds to expand service lines and geographic coverage to support organic and acquisitive growth.

Champignon Brands Acquires AltMed Capital Corp.

Champignon Brands Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of AltMed Capital Corp., a Canadian ketamine clinic operator and psychedelic medicine IP aggregator that owns a majority stake in the Canadian Rapid Treatment Centre of Excellence (CRTCE) in Mississauga. The acquisition gives Champignon clinic SOPs, Health Canada-approved psilocybin dosing capability, existing IP and an early-stage clinical trials portfolio to accelerate its psychedelic medicine and rapid-onset treatment rollout in Canada and the United States.

GrowGeneration Acquires Assets of Chlorophyll, Inc.

GrowGeneration Corp. purchased all assets of Chlorophyll, Inc., a large hydroponic retail and warehouse operation in Denver, Colorado, adding the store as its sixth Colorado location. The acquisition adds roughly $8 million of revenue and retains founders Beau Speicher and Lee McCall in sales and business development roles.
