Agiliti Acquires Northfield Medical, Inc.

Agiliti, an essential U.S. healthcare equipment management and service provider, has acquired Northfield Medical, a nationwide surgical equipment repair company, in a stock purchase transaction valued at $475 million. Northfield Medical — headquartered near Detroit — provides repair services for endoscopes, surgical instruments and other operating room equipment and will expand Agiliti's in-market repair footprint and device-service capabilities.
