DNSFilter has acquired Guardian, the developer of the Guardian Firewall + VPN mobile privacy platform, to add full firewall and VPN capabilities to its AI-powered DNS security offering. The deal expands DNSFilter’s product into a more complete Secure Web Gateway (SWG), enabling URL, file type, IP and port filtering alongside DNS protection.

Zuora Acquires Zephr

Zuora, Inc. has acquired London-based subscription experience platform Zephr for $44 million in cash plus up to $6 million in earnouts. The acquisition adds Zephr's paywall, identity and personalization capabilities to Zuora's cloud subscription management suite, and is expected to contribute approximately $5 million to ARR and about $2 million of subscription revenue in Zuora's fiscal year 2023.

Zscaler Acquires Canonic Security

Zscaler, Inc. announced it will acquire Canonic Security, an Israel-based SaaS application security startup that provides SaaS supply chain visibility and governance. The acquisition will integrate Canonic’s capabilities into Zscaler’s CASB and SSPM offerings to strengthen SaaS supply chain security and data protection; terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close after Zscaler’s fiscal second quarter subject to customary closing conditions.

Telarus Acquires Chorus Communications

Morphus — founded in 2003 and headquartered in Fortaleza with offices in Recife, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Santiago — brings a research lab and more than 230 security professionals; financial terms were not disclosed.
