(NASDAQ: DXPE) has completed the acquisitions of Drydon Equipment, Inc. and Burlingame Engineers, expanding its DXP Water presence and adding rotating equipment distribution and water/wastewater capabilities in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and California. The deals were funded with cash and DXP common stock; combined trailing-12-month sales for the two businesses were approximately $10.3 million and the transactions are expected to be accretive to earnings.
