The deal, funded with cash on DXP's balance sheet, adds approximately $10.1 million of LTM sales and $1.2 million of adjusted EBITDA and is intended to expand DXP's Water platform capabilities and geographic reach.

Financial terms were not disclosed; Sullivan reported approximately $4.4 million of sales and $1.6 million of adjusted EBITDA for the twelve months ending July 31, 2022. The deal expands DXP's water and wastewater capabilities and is the company's fourth acquisition in 2022 (eleventh since Q4 2020).
