Ivanti, backed by Clearlake Capital and TA Associates, has completed the acquisition of Cherwell Software to extend its Ivanti Neurons hyperautomation platform and broaden enterprise service management, no-code/low-code capabilities. The deal integrates Cherwell’s IT service management technology into Ivanti’s unified endpoint management and zero-trust security portfolio to deliver end-to-end service and personalized employee experiences.
