Deloitte Acquires SimplrOps

Deloitte has acquired substantially all of the assets of SimplrOps, a boutique SaaS company that automates and manages Cloud ERP and HCM (Workday, SAP, Oracle) operations and implementations. The acquisition will allow Deloitte to embed SimplrOps’ platform into its Human Capital and Cloud ERP offerings, accelerating time-to-value, improving release management, and enabling the firm to offer one of its first standalone SaaS products.

Moody's Corporation Acquires Deloitte's ABS Suite Business

Caseware Acquires LeaseJava

Caseware, the Toronto-based provider of cloud-enabled audit and financial reporting solutions, has acquired LeaseJava, a SaaS lease accounting solution developed by leasing standards experts. The acquisition adds lease accounting and compliance capabilities (ASC 842, IFRS 16, GASB 87) to Caseware's product ecosystem and will first be made available to Caseware's US customers with plans to expand to Canada and the UK.

Deloitte Acquires Giant Machines
