The deal brings approximately 30 former Deloitte lease accounting, client success and technology professionals to LeaseAccelerator and expands its lease lifecycle automation product portfolio and client offerings.

Caseware Acquires LeaseJava

Caseware, the Toronto-based provider of cloud-enabled audit and financial reporting solutions, has acquired LeaseJava, a SaaS lease accounting solution developed by leasing standards experts. The acquisition adds lease accounting and compliance capabilities (ASC 842, IFRS 16, GASB 87) to Caseware's product ecosystem and will first be made available to Caseware's US customers with plans to expand to Canada and the UK.
