Flow Automotive Companies purchased eight franchised dealerships in the Charlottesville, Virginia market from Umansky Automotive Group, expanding its existing footprint in Virginia and North Carolina. The deal — which includes the owned real estate — was advised by The Presidio Group and transfers Mercedes-Benz of Charlottesville plus seven Umansky-branded franchises to Flow Automotive.
