Groupe SEB Acquires Pacojet

Groupe SEB has acquired Pacojet, a Swiss family-owned maker of a signature professional culinary appliance based in Zug. The deal expands Groupe SEB’s professional product offering and brand presence in the foodservice market; Pacojet reported about €24 million in 2022 and roughly 40 employees. The acquisition complements Groupe SEB’s existing professional portfolio (coffee, crepe/waffle makers, juice extraction) and supports its growth ambitions in the professional segment.

Sun European said it will use its operational toolkit and buy-and-build experience to accelerate MegaGroup’s organic growth and pursue selective acquisitions across existing and new markets.

Agrovision Acquires Chilean Grower ZurGroup
