Groupe SEB Acquires Zummo

Groupe SEB has acquired Zummo, the Valencia-based maker of automatic fruit and vegetable juice extraction machines, expanding its professional catering offering. Zummo, founded in 1992 and employing about 130 people, was previously majority-owned by Meridia Private Equity I with a minority stake held by founder Rafael Olmos.
