Fortis Solutions Group Acquires Label Tech Inc.

Fortis Solutions Group LLC, a portfolio company of funds managed by Harvest Partners, has acquired Label Tech Inc., an ISO-certified flexographic and digital manufacturer of pressure-sensitive and non-pressure-sensitive labels and flexible packaging based in Somersworth, New Hampshire. The acquisition expands Fortis's geographic footprint and product capabilities across consumer products, food & beverage, and health & beauty end markets.

The deal brings Anchor's product capabilities and customer relationships into Fortis's expanding packaging platform as an add-on to bolster manufacturing capabilities and end-market coverage.
