Fortis Solutions Group LLC, a portfolio company of funds managed by Harvest Partners, has acquired Profecta Labels Inc., a Saint-Hubert, Quebec-based flexographic and digital label and flexible packaging manufacturer. The deal expands Fortis's product offerings and manufacturing footprint to better serve industrial, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food & beverage customers across North America.

The deal expands Fortis’s product portfolio and geographic reach into the Pacific Northwest while keeping Total Label co-founders Janet and Chris Farris in leadership roles.

Fortis Solutions Group, a portfolio company of Harvest Partners, acquired Identi-Graphics, Inc., a Montgomery, Illinois-based manufacturer of pressure-sensitive labels and flexible packaging. The acquisition expands Fortis’s label and flexible packaging capabilities across core end markets including snack, bakery, confectionary, cosmetics and chemicals; financial terms were not disclosed.
