VeroSource, a Canadian health-data interoperability and digital-front-door platform serving provincial health clients, is expected to generate over $8 million in 2024 with strong recurring revenue and margins and will expand HEALWELL's population-health and AI-driven capabilities.

The deal gives WELL access to Tali.ai's NLP-driven voice capabilities for clinicians and enables Tali.ai to be beta-tested in WELL clinics and offered to over 15,000 providers across Canada.
