SAIGroup plans to integrate its predictive and generative AI capabilities into Get Well's platform to build a precision care solution for hospitals and ambulatory centers; financial terms were not disclosed.

WebMD Health Corp. Acquires The Wellness Network

Sharecare Acquires doc.ai

The acquisition expands DocMJ's geographic footprint and patient services by adding Medwell's Massachusetts clinics and Florida locations while keeping the Medwell brand and clinics operating under current management.
