The deal expands Marwin's building-products offering and adds SS Industries' direct-to-consumer digital marketing and distribution capabilities to the combined multi-channel platform serving new construction and remodeling markets.

MBP Group Acquires Summit Stairs and Millwork

The add-on deal expands MBP's residential building products line and combines Summit's patented stair product systems and regional footprint with MBP's platform; the transaction closed July 31, 2023 (terms undisclosed).
