Resolute Industrial Acquires Rocky Mountain Portable Cooling

Resolute Industrial Holdings, a PE-backed operator in specialty HVAC and power rental, has acquired Rocky Mountain Portable Cooling (RMPC). RMPC will operate under Resolute’s Mobile Air & Power Rentals platform, adding over 500 assets and expanding the rental platform into the Denver/Colorado market; terms were not disclosed and founder Mark Stone will continue as President.

Aggreko Acquires Resolute Industrial from AE Industrial Partners for $440M

Aggreko has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Resolute Industrial from AE Industrial Partners for $440 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. Resolute is a U.S.-based provider of temporary HVAC&R rental services, compressor remanufacturing and refrigerant storage operating from ~38 locations across North America; Aggreko says the deal expands its temperature-control capabilities and access to high-return capital equipment.

Resolute Industrial Holdings, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, has acquired the assets of DriExpress LLC and Empire Holdings LLC, two specialty HVAC&R equipment rental and logistical-support businesses serving the restoration and disaster-mitigation market. The deal (terms not disclosed) expands Resolute's rental fleet by more than 5,000 assets, broadens geographic coverage across the U.S., and integrates the sellers' teams into Resolute's Mobile Air & Power Rental operations.

CES Power Acquires Production Power & Air

CES Power LLC, a platform backed by private equity firm Allied Industrial Partners, has acquired Production Power & Air, a Fort Lauderdale-based provider of temporary power generation, distribution and climate control services for the special events and entertainment industries. The deal expands CES Power’s operating coverage in the U.S. Southeast (including the Miami market) and represents an add-on acquisition to accelerate platform growth; terms were not disclosed.

The add-on deal expands RapidAir's product portfolio and customer reach across distributors, contractors, automotive and farm & ranch retailers; the transaction closed November 19, 2021.

Nation Wide Products Acquires RV Air

Abilene, Texas-based Nation Wide Products completed an asset acquisition of RV Air, a maker of replacement RV air conditioner filters sold through major retailers and online. Westlake Securities served as exclusive financial advisor to Nation Wide; the deal expands Nation Wide's national retail footprint and adds HVAC accessory product capabilities to its portfolio.
