Resolute Industrial Holdings (through its Mobile Air & Power Rentals division) acquired All American Portable Air, a two-location provider of temporary cooling and climate-control rental solutions serving the Southeast. The acquisition expands Resolute's geographic presence into the Nashville market; terms were not disclosed and founder Roscoe Nesmith and employees will remain with the business.

The add-on expands Pueblo's geographic footprint into the Rocky Mountain region; former owner Chad Heward will continue to lead as president of the Rocky Mountain division.

Aggreko Acquires Resolute Industrial from AE Industrial Partners for $440M

Aggreko has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Resolute Industrial from AE Industrial Partners for $440 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. Resolute is a U.S.-based provider of temporary HVAC&R rental services, compressor remanufacturing and refrigerant storage operating from ~38 locations across North America; Aggreko says the deal expands its temperature-control capabilities and access to high-return capital equipment.

Resolute Industrial Acquires the Assets of DriExpress and Empire Holdings

Resolute Industrial Holdings, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, has acquired the assets of DriExpress LLC and Empire Holdings LLC, two specialty HVAC&R equipment rental and logistical-support businesses serving the restoration and disaster-mitigation market. The deal (terms not disclosed) expands Resolute's rental fleet by more than 5,000 assets, broadens geographic coverage across the U.S., and integrates the sellers' teams into Resolute's Mobile Air & Power Rental operations.
