The Hamann founders retain a significant majority and will remain co-CEOs while Carlyle and PayPal provide capital and strategic support; Carlyle will also appoint board members.

IK Investment Partners, through its IK Small Cap II Fund, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in You Sure Investments B.V. from Synergia Capital Partners. The Netherlands-based insurance distribution platform, which operates as a broker and Managing General Agent (MGA) serving over 60,000 customers with more than 130 employees, will partner with IK to pursue further consolidation and organic growth in the P&C insurance market.

PayProp Raises Growth Investment from Accel-KKR, Rational Expectations and BetterHome

Existing investor Maguar Capital Partners exits while the Ingentis management team reinvests and will continue to lead the business; Carlyle plans to support international expansion, AI/analytics investment and M&A-driven growth.
