Salesforce Acquires Acumen Solutions

Salesforce acquired Acumen Solutions, a McLean, Virginia-based Salesforce consulting and professional services firm, to expand its professional services and public-sector capabilities. Following the closing, Salesforce granted inducement equity awards (RSUs and options) to several hundred Acumen employees; the deal closed in early 2021 for approximately $430 million (reported).

Accenture Acquires Navisite

The acquisition brings more than 70 analytics professionals and specialized assets in supply chain, forecasting, pricing, marketing and customer analytics into Accenture's Applied Intelligence practice to expand its analytics, AI and data capabilities across the Americas.

Infinity Works, headquartered in Leeds with approximately 440 employees, brings cloud, data, design and full‑stack engineering expertise and partnerships with AWS and Snowflake. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
