Mainstreet Computers, a subsidiary of Convenient Payments Holdings (a portfolio company of The Beekman Group), has acquired Dialmark, LLC (dba Digital Business Controls), a Sandy, Utah-based provider of SaaS point-of-sale and business software for the auto and flat glass industries. The deal is an add-on acquisition intended to expand Mainstreet's industry-specific software capabilities and allow DB Controls to leverage Convenient Payments' back-office infrastructure, payments and growth resources.
